Blank Space – Carol Campbell

Working alongside The Book Chief Publishing House, I was asked to design the front cover for Blank Space by Carol Campbell.

After various email communications, we discussed Carol’s preferences, colour likes and dislikes, and how the design could align with her existing business branding. From this, I explored several visual directions before refining and tweaking the chosen concept into the final cover design.

Blank Space: Your Inside Job is a transformational guide for ambitious women who appear successful on the outside yet feel something is missing. Using the idea of blank space as both a metaphor and an invitation, the cover reflects themes of clarity, self trust, and intentional leadership. It supports the book’s message of quietening external noise, reconnecting with inner guidance, redefining success, and leading with greater humanity.

A book cover plays a vital role in visually representing the heart of the content within, and this design was carefully crafted to do exactly that. The book is due to be released in Spring 2026, and Carol was delighted with the final result, which made the project all the more rewarding to complete.
